Digital products – no physical shipping
We sell digital products only (STL files for 3D-printed cookie cutters).
No physical goods are shipped.
Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital file has been downloaded, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and no refunds will be issued. This is because digital files cannot be returned once delivered.
Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing and ensure that:

You own a compatible 3D printer

You are able to work with STL files

The product meets your expectations
Defective or incorrect files
If you experience any of the following issues:

The file is corrupted

The file cannot be opened

You received the wrong file

Or resend the correct download

Or find a fair solution if a technical issue is confirmed
No refunds for printing results
Refunds cannot be granted for issues related to:

Individual printer settings
-
Material choice (PLA, PETG, etc.)

Print quality or slicing settings
-
Improper use of the file
3D printing results depend heavily on hardware, slicer settings, and user experience.
Exchanges
As all products are digital downloads, exchanges are not possible.
If you wish to purchase a different design, please place a new order.
European Union – digital content exception
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once the download has started, provided the customer has agreed to this at checkout.
By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly agree that:

The digital content is delivered immediately

Your right of withdrawal is waived after download begins
