What do I receive when I place an order?

You receive a digital STL file to download. No physical product is shipped.

What is included in a design?

Each product page shows exactly what is included. Some designs are single cutters, some are a cutter plus imprint, and some are sets containing several cutter-and-imprint pairs. Other designs include only a cutter with no imprint. Always check the product images and description for the exact contents of that design.

How do I download my file?

After a successful purchase, you will receive access to your download through your order confirmation. Keep that confirmation for future reference.

What do I need for 3D printing?

You need a compatible 3D printer and slicer software that can open STL files. The product description includes recommended materials and print settings where relevant.

Can I use these files with a cutting machine?

No. STL files are intended for 3D printing.

Which materials and settings do you recommend?

PLA or PETG are commonly used for these designs. As a starting point, some products recommend a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer height. Always adapt the settings to your printer, material, and slicer.

Are these files for private or commercial use?

All files are sold for private use only. You may print them for your own projects, but you may not use the files or products made from them to earn money without written permission. If you want to sell printed items or use a design commercially, please contact us before purchasing.

Can I share or resell a file?

No. Digital files may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

Can I return or exchange a digital file?

Digital downloads cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after delivery. If a file is defective, cannot be opened, or is incorrect, please contact us and we will help with a corrected download or another fair solution.

What if I have a problem with my download or order?
