Shipping and digital delivery

Physical cookie cutters are delivered to Switzerland, Germany and supported destinations in the European Union. Estimated delivery time: 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping per order: CHF 1.40 within Switzerland, EUR 1.80 to Germany or EUR 6.99 to supported EU destinations outside Germany. These rates apply to orders that fit the confirmed flat-mailer format. Please contact us before ordering larger quantities. The services do not include standard end-to-end tracking. The applicable rate is shown at checkout.

STL files are digital downloads. No parcel is shipped and no shipping charge applies to digital-only orders. Your download link is provided by email after payment. Please check the individual listing for the files and sizes included.
