Returns, withdrawal and refunds

This policy covers physical cookie cutters and digital STL files sold by Printing Projects Pollich (Keksperiment), Fasanenstrasse 121, 4058 Basel, Switzerland. Contact: skizzezu3d@gmail.com.

Switzerland

For purchases subject to Swiss law, we do not offer a voluntary return, exchange or refund for a change of mind. This does not exclude your applicable rights if goods or files are defective, incorrect or not delivered, or any other mandatory rights.

EU consumers: physical products

You may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period starts after receipt of the last item. Send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to the email or postal address above before the deadline. You do not need our prior approval.

After notifying us, return the goods to the address above within 14 days. You bear the direct return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. You are liable for any reduction in value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

We reimburse the payments for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement, using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed without fees to you. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery method are not reimbursed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Choosing a standard motif or one of the listed sizes does not by itself remove your withdrawal right. If a product is genuinely made to your individual specifications, any applicable exception must be explained before purchase.

EU consumers: digital STL downloads

The withdrawal period for digital content normally runs for 14 days from conclusion of the contract. For paid STL files not supplied on a physical medium, the right expires only when supply has begun after your prior express consent to start before the withdrawal period ends, your acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right, and the required contract confirmation on a durable medium. Simply buying a file or accepting general terms is not a substitute for that consent. If these requirements have not been met, the applicable withdrawal right remains. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming files are unaffected.

Problems with an order

For damaged, missing or incorrect items, or faulty STL files, contact us with the order details and a description of the problem. This contact request does not shorten any statutory deadlines or limit statutory remedies. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer protection applicable to your purchase.
