What does Keksperiment sell?
Keksperiment creates cookie cutter and imprint designs in two formats: physical cutters printed to order in Switzerland, and digital STL files for 3D printing.
What is usually included in a design?
Most new designs include one cutter and one matching imprint stamp. Four-design bundles include four cutter-and-imprint pairs. Some legacy listings are cutter-only, so please check the individual product listing.
What is the difference between a printed cutter and an STL file?
A printed cutter is a physical item shipped to you. An STL is a digital file; no physical cutter is shipped with an STL purchase.
What is included in a new digital STL product?
New-catalog digital products include three sizes: 50 mm, 60 mm and 70 mm. The files are delivered as a ZIP download by email after payment. You need a compatible 3D printer and slicer software to use them. Older listings may differ.
How does sizing work for a physical four-design set?
Select one size—50 mm, 60 mm or 70 mm—for the whole physical four-design set.
Are cookies or food included?
No. Products include only the cutter(s), imprint(s) or digital files stated in the individual listing. Cookies and other food are not supplied.
Where are printed cutters shipped?
Physical cutters are printed to order in Switzerland and shipped to Switzerland and the EU.
How should I clean a physical cutter?
Hand wash it in lukewarm water. Do not use a dishwasher or expose it to heat.
Can I use Keksperiment designs commercially?
The designs are for private use only. Commercial use requires written permission. Please ask through the contact page.
What if my STL file has a problem?
Please email skizzezu3d@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem. We will help investigate digital file defects.

How do returns and refunds work?
Physical and digital products are treated separately. See the Refund Policy for applicable rights and instructions. Nothing there limits mandatory consumer rights.
